AMINE ANALYSIS REPORTING
SRE will prepare a report for each sample analyzed including:
- Analytical results including full material balance
- Reporting of any historical trends discovered
- Interpretation of analytical results
- Comparison of analytical results with suggested optimal values
Typical content of SRE’s detailed amine analysis report includes:
- Amine strength (titration)
- Total Nitrogen
- Hydrocarbons in amine
- Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S)
- Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
- H2O (important for the overall mass balance)
- Degradation products
- Trace amines
- Heat Stable Salts
- Total suspended solids (TSS)
- Foam (Height and time)
- Visual appearance (colour & contamination)
- Picture of the sample
- pH
- Conductivity (free of cost)
- Metals analysis: Fe, Mn, Cr, Ni, Ca, Na, Si
